Scheduling and Policies


I am a cash-only practice.

For clients who wish to use Out of Network Benefit, I can provide the universal 1500 Claim Form with a diagnosis and dates of treatment. The submitted form is processed for reimbursement of whatever percentage your plan allows for “out of network providers”, essentially changing your out of pocket payment to me into a copay.

You are free to pay with cash, local check or credit card at the time of our session.  Rates Increase 10% annually.


California Victim Compensation Program (CalVCP)

I do accept compensation from the California Victim Compensation Program, which can also cover medical and relocation costs. If you have witnessed or been the victim of a crime ask me how to use these benefits.


Marin County Department of Children & Family Services

I am an approved provider and bill the department directly for services required in case plans.  I do not accept MediCal.


Online Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

For your convenience I offer online scheduling where you can view my calendar in real time for offices in Marin or Napa counties. This system requires a credit card to secure all appointments in the event of no-shows or cancelations falling short of the 48-hour cancelation policy.  The reservation system will send you automatically generated email and/or text reminders up to 48 hours before your session. The number and email do not receive messages if you respond to cancel the session.

Sessions are not considered canceled unless you have received a response via text, email or via phone directly from me acknowledging the cancelation. Cancelations online may be made only in advance of 48 hours.

No-shows and late cancelations will be charged the current full session fee.
